Inquiry
If you look for a room/house in Yokohama or Kawasaki, please send us your preferences by the way you like, web, e-mail, LINE etc. We search the suitable rooms/houses, as your agent, by using the database of all real estate agents in Japan. No consultation fee is required.
STEP 1
We arrange the schedule of viewings for you. Also, we will support your transportation during the viewings. If you are difficult to view in advance, e.g. you currently live outside Japan, please let us know. We might be able to offer you the alternative web viewing by Skype (depends on the conditions).

Viewing
Application
The structure of rent fee varies depending on rooms/houses. For recent years, the structure of rent fee becomes complicated. Not only initial cost and monthly rent fee, but other cost might be required. Please do not hesitate to ask anything for the details before the application.
After applied, credit check will be completed. Credit check varies depending on rooms/houses, including required documents.
STEP 3
Contract
Important points are explained before the contract. This process is mandatory by Japanese real estate brokerage act. The explanation is required to be face to face, and it will be done usually at the real estate agency or the apartment management company. If you are difficult to visit, e.g. you currently live outside Japan, please let us know. We might be able to offer you the alternative process by Skype (depends on the conditions). After the above process, you need to pay the initial cost, and then conclude the contract.
STEP 4
We will be able to introduce you various service to support for moving, if needed, e.g. furniture and electronic appliances for rent, the agent for utilities arrangements (gas, water, electricity) etc. You will not be bothered by troublesome procedures.
